StoneHero is not a HIPAA-covered entity. While we take the privacy of your health information seriously and store it securely, the protections provided by this app are not equivalent to HIPAA-covered healthcare services.
Coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not reviewed or provided by a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional. AI systems can make errors. Always apply your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for decisions that affect your health.

Nutritional needs vary significantly based on age, weight, medical conditions, medications, activity level, and other factors. Guidance appropriate for one person may not be suitable for another.
Nutritional data is sourced from USDA databases, chain-published nutrition information, and other third-party sources. While we work to maintain accuracy, data may vary by brand, preparation method, regional availability, and serving size. We cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current.
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we access your account email address, name, and profile picture solely for the purpose of authenticating your identity and creating your account. We do not access any other account data from these providers.
When you use StoneHero, we collect and store the following types of health-related information to provide coaching:

Data Accessed: When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) through Google OAuth. These are the only types of Google user data our application accesses or collects.
Data Usage: Your Google user data is used exclusively for authentication and account identification within the app. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties. Your Google data is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than signing you in and displaying your name and profile picture within the app.
Data Storage: Your email and profile information are stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase) for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Data Retention: We retain your Google user data only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed, including your food logs, chat history, health conditions, lab results, and nutritional targets.
Data Accessed: When you sign in with Apple, we access your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your actual email. These are the only types of Apple user data our application accesses or collects.
Data Usage: Your Apple user data is used exclusively for authentication and account identification within the app. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Apple user data to any third parties. Your Apple data is not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than signing you in and displaying your name within the app.

StoneHero is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at dan@intelhero.com and we will delete it promptly.
